Inspired by the wonderful film "Julie & Julia" I start my own cooking-blogging project! Julie in one year the entire cookbook by Julia Childs cooked. Rather, the recipes from it and then blogged about it. And I will too! Probably not with Julia Childs. For the cookbook, it is only in English! And I can not do so well.
Anyway, I have "Cooking with Jamie Oliver Genial" selected. It is the first cookbook that I bought from him. And because everything Jamie always "easy peasy" is, I'll check it out. So if everything really is that simple. However, I must say that I am a trained chef! Comfortable with without 20 years of professional experience in the upscale restaurant! Today, there are times normal, but tomorrow I'll begin.
I So before that to complete cookbook to cook! Even the chicken dishes. If it's not to be disgusting! What it will probably be under any circumstances, raw eggs! If an ingredient is prohibitively expensive or too exotic, I'll think about something to it. But leave out? No, I actually have not before!
