The crème fraîche and lemon dressing is done. And I regret to say that it was all in all, a matter quite acidic and the soy sauce looked slightly unappetizing. A little brown stop! In the preparation quite easy, but the juice of one large lemon, as written in the recipe is definitely too much. However, I initially had the impression that the dressing was attenuated after addition of the specified soy sauce slightly. And I have given plenty of things, as the amount was indeterminate. But it was probably not so!

My conclusion: salad, lightly napped with the sauce is fine. Floating salad, well!

the way the lemon is the roast really soft and squeezable so that well. However, I had just waxed lemons and rub with oil is no good. The same way as Pril or soap. Those things were waxy! Why had I taken a new and then used the juice as it were raw. Fried wax was too precarious. Or roasted lemons are less acidic, perhaps? Do I absolutely have to test later.
