A kind of spaghetti Bolognese is done. Although I am of course wondering what this name is! If it is not a Bolognese, he should just write minced meat sauce. Bolognese because it is not true!

Anyway, after everything was in the pot, the sauce was so thick that I was concerned to place the pot for 90 minutes in the oven! For if the sauce thickens further, it would be sound at the end! But it was not so! Out of the oven was a fleshy meat sauce. And quite uneventful. Stir not even had one in between. Was not foreseen.
My conclusion: This type of spaghetti Bolognese to eat, you have not! The sauce is very tomato-heavy in flavor and seems to eat salt and pepper! Perhaps you would instead of tomato paste better use the alternative offered, namely, pureed dried tomatoes are! From a recipe of a chef I would have honestly expected something different. For this I can enter the highest
" R " for the completeness of the recipe and a "D " for easy carrying! is the "G" for good taste for it was not for this boring sauce! Incidentally, I still have
touched sourdough. Here the details are somewhat vague! On a pound of flour Sun is a lot of water, until a soft dough! Booyah! Would it have been really hard here, the required amount of water indicate? Or is it a state secret? So I had to, before moving slowly, which was a little annoying. In the end I had added 500 ml of water, but is that really, I do not exist! Well, I could have googled, but that is not so intended, of course! So if I have a cookbook, I will not even try in addition the Internet! Why should Teigansatz but now out for an hour after, was and still is a mystery to me!
